It is good for all ages to do cycling especially for youth because it is helpful for increasing your height etc...Also aged people can exercise from home by using cycling machine.

Cycling is Good for Heart, Life Span and Immune System:

Cycling is good for heart and decreases the risk of coronary heart disease. Bicycling is a great way to increase your longevity and keeps you stronger. It can also strengthen your immune system, and could protect one from certain kinds of cancers. Cycling is also a good practice for your coordination skills because when moving both feet around in circles while steering, it helps you to reduce your thighs if you do it daily.

Cycling Improves Muscle Strength, Blood Pressure and HDL/LDL:

Cycling is a non-weight bearing activity, and preferring cycling daily leads to improve your muscle strength, mobility and coordination. It improves in controlling the blood pressure by 10/8 mmHg in patients with hypertension. Cycling also improves HDL (Good) and LDL (Bad), if the ratio of LDL to HDL is too high then your blood is being loaded with cholesterol faster than the HDL cholesterol. Which means eventually excess cholesterol is building up inside the tissues and arteries.

Cycling Reduces Stress, Diabetes and Cancer:

Cycling reduces the anxiety, depression and stress levels. Regular exercise leads to an improvement in controlling blood sugar and helps to prevent one from Type 2 Diabetes. Physical activity must be allied with reduced rate of cancer patients especially for one who are having bowl &breast cancer. It also reduces cholecystectomy rates in women.
