HYDERABAD: The engineering counselling in the AP state would be commencing from August 19 as per the directions of the High court.The court directed the state government to begin the session by August 19th to fill the convenor quota seats in colleges.
Stating that management quota seats should also be filled simultaneously and should be done on the basis of merit alone, Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao said the process of issuing application forms and preparing merit lists should be transparent.
